Winter or Spring????

Some mornings I wake up and there's snow in the sky. Some mornings I wake up and it's rain. One morning there was two or three inches of snow on the ground! Mother Nature, I think you're confused! It's April and flowers should be popping up. I would like to hear gentle raindrops on my roof with sun peaking through the clouds. Today it's cold, cold, and cold with dry snowflakes and a bleak, gray sky. Really, I'm over winter.
This little ATC is a combination of paper, acrylic paints, and pen. I composed the figure out of decorative papers and collaged her onto decorative paper before adding her to the background. It was fun. It's for a swap the Patti is having. Not sure why I haven't been blogging much. I guess maybe I don't feel like I have anything to say. Of course that could be the inner critic trying to tie up anything creative. My attention span has been super short lately and sitting down and seeing anything through to completion has been difficult at best. Sigh! I'm contemplating what to do. One voice is saying just let go of the blog and move on and another voice is saying no way! We need it. Right now it's probably more of a diary for me. I'm not much of an entertainer and sometimes I feel like I'm trying to hard. I wish I some of the wit or pizazz others have. Well, I'll just have to stick around and see what happens. Maybe we'll all be surprised.
